EXCHANGE POLICY 

 

We want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase from MS YASMI, we realize that there are times you may need to exchange your product(s). If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept any new, unused, and unopened product(s) for an exchange within 15 days of your purchase. To complete your exchange, you are required to provide an original online order invoice and or proof of order number of your purchase before an exchange is honored. If you have any additional questions or concerns about your purchased product(s) please feel free to reach out to us at msyasmillc@gmail.com. Only items purchased on msyasmi.com may be accepted for an exchange. Any product(s) purchased at Hmong Village (booth #35 & #36), Maplewood Mall, any MS YASMI, LLC., private vendors, and or third party sellers are all final sale.

Exchange by mail: 

  • Before we honor your exchange by mail, please email msyasmillc@gmail.com to confirm that an exchange can be honored. 
  • In the email, please provide us the following information which will help us process and determine whether an exchange can be made.

B : Not as pictured 

C : Damaged 

D: Missing Product(s)

    a. Please let us know what item you would like to exchange it for. The exchanged product(s) must be of equal amount of the value that it was purchased for.
  2. Replace with same item 
  • MS YASMI, LLC, will not be financially responsible for shipping and handling of any exchange product(s). Please be aware that you will be responsible for covering shipping and handling of sending the exchange product(s) to us and for us sending the product(s) back to you.
  • All exchanged product(s) will need to be shipped to: P.O. BOX 25932 WOODBURY, MN 55125.
  • Depending on where you live, please allow 3-7 business days for shipping and handling.
